AXIOMMETER

How can a team review AI coding usage?

Team reviews need consistent time ranges and dimensions, not access to members' prompts or source code. AxiomMeter Team brings privacy-filtered aggregates into a governed workspace.

Establish member and device eligibility

An Owner or Admin invites a member. The member joins with the invited Riorioo account and registers a device. Server-side registration is not desktop activation: the client must verify and install the signed Team license locally before protected features unlock.

Compare trends on consistent dimensions

Review Codex and Claude Code aggregates by member, project, tool, model, and time. Keep the time range consistent and interpret change in project context. Token volume alone is not a measure of code quality or individual performance.

Treat budgets as signals

Workspace budget thresholds and estimates help identify changes needing attention. They do not replace provider invoices, balances, or payment records. Use provider billing for financial confirmation.

Keep a clear data boundary

Team sync contains only privacy-filtered aggregate usage. Prompts, replies, source code, raw logs, complete paths, and credentials stay on the device. Workspace, role, invitation, and device rules govern access.

Common questions

Does each member need a different installer?

No. The team uses a shared release; membership and device licenses are checked separately at runtime.

Can administrators inspect member prompts?

No. Team aggregates do not include prompts, replies, or source code.
